Take I-40 either east or west.  Take Exit 125 which is Lenoir-Rhyne Blvd. exit.  Proceed north on Lenoir-Rhyne Blvd. Turn right on Tate Blvd.  Turn left at 3rd traffic light into Unifour Medical Commons (sign on Tate Blvd.) at 18th St. S.E.  Proceed until street curves to right onto 18th St. Circle.  Hickory Allergy & Asthma Clinic is on the right.  Map
