Take Fairgrove Church Road north to Tate Blvd. Turn left on Tate Blvd., going toward downtown Hickory. Proceed for 2.6 miles passing First Plaza on the right. Turn right into Unifour Medical Commons (sign on Tate Blvd.) at 18th St. S.E. Proceed until street curves to right onto 18th St. Circle. Hickory Allergy & Asthma Clinic is on the right.
